This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a realtor. The communication was horrendous/​nonexistent and I actually had to contact a separate realtor to access the information I needed to get an appointment to see the property. The original showing was scheduled on the weekend but was cancelled the morning of due to an issue with the realtors vehicle, which is fine, but there was no sense of urgency to reschedule. Again I used the services of another realtor to schedule another showing which was unsupervised and accessed by the lockbox. The house was great and I promptly submitted the application then waited for the realtor to send me the unique link via email so I could submit a background check. Once I got the email, it was for the WRONG ADDRESS. I called the Agency immediately and was sent to voicemail, and 10 minutes later I got a response via email acknowledging my voicemail and informing me that the property has been rented. If you would like to waste a ridiculous amount of time and expect nothing positive to come from your experience, then I highly recommend this agency. If you’re looking to find a place to live, I would avoid it like the plague.
