Do not recommend this business at all. I saw Rebecca Eia, both times I had long waits, the second time I went and found her after 49 minutes. I got a bill for something I was told I would not be charged for. Even though I talked with billing five times, I received letters saying threatening collections for not communicating (all over less than $ 50). When someone from billing called they had no record of my previous conversations. It was unprofessional.

This «practice» is a nightmare. I would give them a zero or less if I could. Seriously, three weeks prior to my appointment I called my insurance carrier asking for a referral to a «practice» affiliated with Williamson Medical Center. I am given this «practice». I call the hospital to confirm coverage. Confirmed. I call the doctor and get an appointment. Confirmed. I show up from 45 miles away and I am «not covered». THEY ASK ME TO LEAVE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE CASH.
The receptionist was so inept and so unprofessional and frankly, dangerous in-​terms of care! I would stay away from this «woman’s group» what care? where?

Dr. Redden is wonderful, patient, and understanding. I’ve never been so happy with a girly doctor visit before! She’s the first gynecologist to take a problem I’ve had for years seriously and to offer actual solutions.
I was seriously so happy with my visit that I came home and baked cookies to celebrate.

Dr. Bell is the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. Everything from her manner and expertise to the niceness of the nurses and the reception staff keeps me going back.
I’ve never had to wait more than fifteen minutes when I’ve had an appointment and their appointment area is nice and comfortable.
She is an excellent doctor who makes you feel very at ease and I would recommend her to anyone.
