The food fresh, this is the best Chinese food of anywhere of Louisiana 。the real focus is one authentic Chinese food. The food is steaming hot and full of delicious, flavored.

For a southern spot, the food is actually pretty good and the staff very polite and friendly. Everything I am in the area visiting family(3 or 4 times a year) we go as a group, of around 12, and they are always quick to seat us and service us. Food: B– People: A Atmosphere: C–

Well, what can you really expect from a cheap Chinese Buffet in Franklinton, LA? It sure was cheap. The décor made me feel like I was eating in a run-down double wide. And the patrons looked like they were right out of the local trailer park. The food was typical of a low-cost chinese buffett that you can find anywhere in America. The standout item was the bread pudding. It looked and tasted home-made. Yum! This place is worth a try once, if you are in the area. But I will not be going back.

I have eaten here multiple times prior to tonight and have found this restaurant to be one of the best in town. Tonight I was there and the buffet was Cold. The FDA says that food should be maintained at 140 degrees or more to be safe. The majority of the food on the buffet was little more than room temperature. I mentioned this to the owner and he told me the AC was making it cold. That tells me the food has either been on the line to long or he has steam table problems. Either way this was a lame excuse for potentially getting someone sick with food poisoning by not maintaining safe food standards. This lack of concern worried me and I doubt I ever return.
