Arby’s

The drive thru at this location is a train wreck. I don’t know about the dining room, but I can’t imagine it’s any better. They are the slowest fast food and the slowest Arby’s I’ve ever been at, and that’s saying something. The line takes forever to move, and when you get to the speaker, no matter how slow you talk it’s always too fast for them. Last time the guy said «whoa, whoa, whoa, slow down there.» How rude. This time there was a different guy and I spoke slow like you would talk to a little kid. After I finished my whopping 3 items, he said «I didn’t get any of that.» This was after I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes after the two people I’d been waiting behind for another 5 minutes had already ordered, gotten their food and left. I’m never going to this location again — I’ll wait for the new one on Van Dyke to open. I don’t like Arby’s enough to put up with these clowns.

You know how sometimes, you can tell the person working @ the drive through is just going through the «get em through quickly» method. No pizzaz. «whatcha want?» «is that all?» «pull up». They sound monotonous and you can tell they are just there for the paycheck and cant wait to go home.
That is not the case here. They use an inviting tone of voice and make an effort to appear as though they like their job. Tone of voice really does make a difference through a drive thru.

This is my main Arbys stop, never really had a problem here, My orders are always complete and I like that they take more then 1 coupon (not like Sonic) and with there coupons (the ones I use) you can use up to 6 times in 1 visit.
I like there buffalo sauce that I use on their tenders and they probably have some of the best cheese sticks this side of utica rd.
Their chocolate Turn overs are awesome as well.

Not one to ‘usually’ rate a fast food place, HOWEVER i was scooting back to work this afternoon and thought, why not try that $ 1 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
So I did and it was well worth a $ 1.00
