I took a group of 10 special needs students to lunch today at Best Burrito. The food was a great value and the one gentlemen working there was nothing short of a miraculous host, cook and cashier. He was extremely patient with my students, letting them order and pay individually. Students and staff enjoyed their lunch. I’d highly recommend Best Burrito for a quick, nutritious and inexpensive meal.

I have been here 5 times since it opened. The first time was the only great experience the others have lacked in food quality and service. I would have been there more often but they do not keep the hours they posted. Most of the times I have gone they were closed early no sign indicating why. I probably won’t be going back anymore.

I would prefer to go 3.5 as it has value, portion and service were solid but I want to try it a fe w more times with other options on it. For the price — it is less than Chipotle for about the same taste. Give it a try!

I’m hoping this place gets better. I wouldn’t call it «fresh» fast food. The meat seems to be frozen and then heated up. The prices are great, the food is just okay. I went in to get a family order of tacos one night. I told the employee I wanted all hard tacos. He started to take out 10 hard shells(from a bag you would buy at the store), then the owner or manager came to help and told him I wanted 5 soft and 5 hard. I don’t know how he came up with that, but he was a little rude to the employee and telling him he was doing everything incorrectly. I felt really bad for the young guy. He was doing everything right, in my opinion. I don’t know if this place will last with Qdoba and Chipotle nearby. The quality just isn’t there. I’ve tried this place 4 times now, and each time I wish I had went somewhere else. Fraser desperately needs more options for food besides pizza and pizza and pizza. I’m very bummed this isn’t something people would drive more than 5 minutes to come to. It’ll be an only-locals type of place, if that. Lastly, the space is enormous, but they only have tables against the wall. There is a huge open space that is being wasted. Hopefully they’ll get better and more people will start going so they can add tables to the weird space.

Ok let me start by saying I definitely didn’t expect some super authentic Mexican cuisine seeing as how the burrito was basically invented in the U.S. I also lived in Mexicantown for 5 years. This place is ok at best. I will say the veggies were fresh. I don’t like the fact the meat is already prepared and its assembled as the other reviewer said subway style. They use store bought flour and hard shell tacos. The amount of meat they give you is pretty pathetic. I had just one hard and one soft taco(pork and steak) probably got about a heaping tablespoon of meat. I had to tell the girl to load up on the veggies too. Then I wanted the hottest stuff they had and got a tablespoon of sambal aka chili paste which has no business being on a taco. I knew it looked familiar since I’m Thai and use it all the time. I would give it 2.5 but I rounded up for the friendly staff and clean environment

First I hate the five star method. I would like to give them a 2.5 if I could. I prefer to give them a 5 out of 10. Thought they were about average. I love these small mexican/taco/burrito places and was chomping at the bit for this one to open as they are few and far between. Got hard tacos and a burrito. Just thought they were average. I honestly like Dell and Taco bell better. Nothing better than home made. aaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnd no taco salad! WHAT! Not bad food by any means but nothing out of this world. Unfortunately. Also I ordered a americano burrito with no rice and they proceeded to ask me what I want on it. I wanted what the menu said it was minus rice. They did that for the tacos also. Kind of like subway. If I want something special I will mention it, or order a make your own. Otherwise If I say taco or turkey sub thats what I want. What the menu says it is… also, no website… wah wah. Major no no in my book.
