We hired Ms. Kuebler to help us clean our home in Clarkston as we were moving out. We complicated things by hiring her on our actual move-​out day when we had movers packaging and moving items out of the house. With that said, when she and her and her helper came we did a walkthrough of the home showing areas we would like her to concentrate on and she was very efficient in working each room in concert with the movers, and was very thorough in all of the areas that we asked (and a few we didn’t as well!).
I found her fee to be reasonable and her work exceptional considering the time we allotted to her and the size of the home (three stories, approximately 3400 sq. ft.)
I would gladly recommend Brite-​Way to any prospective customers.

I hired Shannon Kuebler (owner of Brite-​Way House Cleaning Service)
to clean our lease end loft. I had just had a no show from a different company. After I had told her about it she went on and on about how this was her lively hood and not just a side job. And I would have no worries. I was already in a bind since the first company was a no show. And waited until she had time to fit me in which was 4 days (which was fine). I already lost a few days because of the first company. She said she was coming at 9am and would call when she got there. The time came and went and no word. No phone call. No email. Nothing! A total NO SHOW!!! AGAIN! I couldn’t believe it after all she said about not worrying, she would be there. How hard is a phone call??? I understand things can happen. Now I’m screwed. I had to clean it myself. She didn’t respond to communication after she failed to show. I just wanted to know why? I had a $ 2,850 security deposit I couldn’t afford to lose!!!
