Do not hire this company to do any type of work. They are not upfront with customers about how much they charge. This company ripped me off for $ 425. The worker was here less than a half hour. They charged me for a smoke test which I didn’t need in the first place. The smoke test is used to see if there are leaks in your system by injecting smoke into your sewer system. Worker was not upfront of the cost of this test. I was thinking maybe less than $ 180 for the time spent in my house but was shocked when it was $ 425. I had a coupon which of course I was told I could not use since it was a weekend. I urge everyone reading this to avoid this company and find another plumbing service to use. The only thing this company is good at doing is draining wallets.

Drain Detectives saved the day for my family. We had an emergency plumbing issue at our home and Drain Detectives were out to help us fast. They charged us a fair price and we were very pleased with the technician that came out. We will definitely use them again!
