Alazzo Med Spa

I bought a Groupon for 6 treatments of laser hair removal with Alazzo Med Spa and although the knowledgeable staff ensured me that I am THE best candidate because of my light skin and dark hair, I have not seen ANY results!
After my 3^rd upper lip treatment with no results, I was feeling insecure, as between treatments (4 – 6 weeks) you can not pluck or wax. The hair was long and thick on my lip, I could only shave (which is a terrible feeling as a woman to shave your lip) I expressed my concerns and the response from the office manager and the specialist was that it takes more treatments because new hair follicles are coming to the surface. That made sense as I did research on laser hair removal and have been interested for some time, as well as have many girl friends that have loved it– so I went with it! They are the experts, right… well no!
It turns out after my treatments, there are no results and I have had an incredibly hard time talking to any one about it. It took 4 phone calls, an email and voicemails to book my 5^th treatment (which takes literally 3 minutes in and out the door). When the specialist listened to my concerns at the 5^th treatment, her response was «Oh you bought the Groupon» (like poor thing, its not the same) — Wait what?! Is that supposed to be different and mean that I do not get the same service! I bought the Groupon to try an area and have success, which would then lead to more money for them. Unfortunately, I am finding that I should have gone somewhere else! My girl friend went to Ideal Image and in 3 treatments she had no hairs at all. They listened to her concerns and even changed the treatment after 1 session to better fit her needs!
Alazzo Med Spa did not value me as a customer or care if it was working for me or not. They got their money and that’s that. I would never recommend this to any friend of mine!!!

I have had several services at this location including microderm, laser hair removal (bikini, underarms and legs), injections and nutritional consultation. Everyone from the front desk person to the nurses are super friendly. The facility itself is very seek, modern, and comfortable. I love this place and highly recommend them.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for about 2 years and I always love my visits. I have everything from laser hair removal to Botox done. I’ve had microdermabrasions and recently had a dermapen treatment done. I also use their skin care line which are the same products they use during facial treatments. I love how friendly and accommodating the staff is. They also frequently run great specials. One thing for customers to keep in mind is the better care you take of yourself, the better and longer your results will last. Love this place!

I started my first tx for laser hair removal. I found the spa to be clean and very updated/​modern. It was a very comfortable setting. The staff were very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and informative. It was my first time doing laser hair removal so I was nervous about the process. I would absolutely recommend this spa to anyone

I received a package of mircodermabraisons for my birthday. I went last week for the first treatment and loved it! My skin felt amazing and I received compliments the next day-​a few people said I looked glowing and asked what I had done. I’m exited to go my next session later this month.
I highly recommend Alazzo; the spa is beautiful and clean, and I love the fact registered nurses are the ones providing the services.

I went to Alazzo Med Spa for Laser Hair Removal and I just want to say that the atmosphere here is very relaxing. All the staff, from the front desk manager to all the nurses have been top notch.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable — absolutely top notch! Great pricing and packages, better than many I’ve seen in plastic surgeon’s offices. Everyone who works there is kind and you never have to feel self-​conscious, no matter what you’re having done. I attended a party there last night and saw many people get many things done and the results were stellar — excellent aesthetic eyes on duty at Alazzo, which, next to safety, is my #1 thing in a med-​spa. Ask for advice or opinion and you’ll get it but there is no hard sell. I will definitely be back!
