Cardiovascular Specialists of Frederick

I love my cardiologist; she is caring and genuine. Her phone staff on the other hand; is very rude when you call to make an appointment. I sat on hold for 9 minutes 10 seconds when I was disconnected. I called back several times and was told there are many calls ahead of me. Bottom line? Very awesome doctors that are severely understaffed and in my opinion having a heart patient call and be treated rudely is just not acceptable. They answer and never give you an opportunity to say anything — just «hold please». Fortunately, I didn’t get upset enough to increase my blood pressure; but how many other patients do? I have mentioned this on every visit… and have always had to actually go into the office to make my appointments. Sad for the elderly that can’t just drive there… so onward and upward. The beauty of changing physicians and feeling like you won! :)
