Very nice staff that worked well with my daughter, who was a little nervous about the entire shoe thing. The sales woman (a young latina woman who was very sweet with my child) took the time to find perfect size and even recommended a half size up to make things easier (and allow us to not have to buy another pair for awhile). The shoes were a little pricey (but you could say that about any Stride Rite) but the service was top notch.
