VERY reasonable to check out the issues with my printer.
It was making noises and not moving paper through.
Of course it wouldnt make the same noises when I brought it IN…(like a car in the shop)…but they assured me that if I had to bring it in for the same reason, I would not be recharged.
Completely cleaned my machine inside and out (rollers, etc) Looked brand new when I picket it up.
VERY friendly staff. Highly recommend.
