En Masse

My mother wrote a note to En Masse complaining about dead flowers in an arrangement sent to her from out of town for her birthday.
En Masse contacted her and said they would be replacing the arrangement with a fresh flower arrangement.
phew.

Just called to order a corsage for my boy friend’s mother. They informed me they were too busy for my order. Their loss. We are getting married in fall 2016. We sure won’t be using them.

Timely, responsive, very friendly and helpful. Flowers look great! I’m glad I chose them as I live in Ohio and Unilocal and the helpful reviews helped me make the right choice. It hasn’t been delivered yet but here is a picture of what I got, and I’m very pleased. Thank you En Masse! I used En Masse for the flowers for my wedding after seeing my sister’s arrangements. Hers were stunning and so were mine! We both used the market bride package, which entailed collaborating with the owner and other staff, describing our weddings, budget, and style, and trusting them to use our colors and direction while using whatever flowers looked beautiful and were in bloom that particular week. It took a certain amount of trust in the staff, and it was well worth it. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Everything was beautiful!

En Masse is just wonderful — I have ordered flowers from them via phone on two different occasions. When you’re ordering flowers long-​distance, you never know quite what you’re going to get — but on both occasions, En Masse delivered beautiful, creative arrangements that were so impressive to my recipient.
My most recent order was flowers for the family of a donor to the university I work at — this woman was worldly and sophisticated. En Masse listened to my suggestions — but I always give them full creative license. Her family wrote me that the flowers were just magnificent — so beautiful that they chose to bring the flowers we sent to the gravesite following the private service.

I am a huge fan of this lovely shop. I start with all the wonderful greens.(my favorite)
A selection that changes but is always stunning and i cant find these choices any where else. I seem to end up with a cool vase or gardening shears and I bought a messenger bag made out of a feed bag that I have been getting loads of compliments on. I wish they had a shop like this in Bethesda. The dining and shopping in this town are fab too.

My friend and I stumbled into this shop as we were wandering down Market Street waiting for some of the other shops to open on a Saturday morning. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised. From the moment you walk in the door your senses are taken on a wonderful journey; the flowers, potpourris, and infusers let off the most unique (but not overpowering) scent, and the flowers and decorations keep you turning around and around trying to catch a glance of every little thing in the store! There are plenty of bright colors, neat shapes, glitter, and bling to keep your attention! The gentleman working the store friendly and helpful while letting us do our own exploring (and not pestering us with the typical «how can I help you today?» or «what are you looking for?») which was very nice for the two of us who were just trying to browse around and see what this little store had to offer. Once we did have questions, however, he was more than ready to help us. I definitely had a wonderful visit to this adorable little shop!

I found this florist through Unilocal.I ordered flowers over the phone to be sent to a friend as a get well wish. I gave Sharon a dollar amount and she put together an amazing arrangement. She sent me a picture of the bouquet through e-​mail, which I really appreciated.
This is one of those special flower shops that has more of a European design aesthetic. The arrangement reminded me of the flower arrangements I see in England when I visit my in-​laws.

What a beautiful flower shop! They have a lovely array of flowers. You can select your own flowers, and they will make it in to a beautiful bouquet for you. You can also select from pre-​made bouquets. The people working there are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. What a wonderful experience! I will definitely return when I need flowers in the future.

After being turned down by a well known, high end florist for a bridal bouquet, I found En Masse. They made the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wedding day, and they did it at the last minute. I wasn’t sure exactly what type of flowers I wanted, I just knew how I wanted it to look and trusted the very nice woman who helped me at the store.

First as you enter the doors you are greeted with the beautiful scent from wide variety of flowers. Second, all the brilliant colors and shapes from the flowers as well as the shop decorations cause you to drift throughout the shop, not wanting to miss a thing. Next, something sparkly catches your eye. Yes, there is jewelry here too! Finally, the great customer service and the employees passion for creating a great bouquet make En Masse my new go-​to place for a floral arrangement and to learn how to do them yourself!
