The HVAC technician I worked with was very knowledgeable in his equipment recommendation. I decided to spend extra money on the better quality equipment to save money in the long run. I personally spent about 10 hours verifying everything I was being told, and it lined up perfectly with what I was reading and watching online. The key theme all the online technicians were in agreement on is the actual equipment brand doesn’t matter nearly as much as the skill of the technicians installing it. This made my decision to go with this company that much more important.

The day of the installation, I was very impressed by the equipment that arrived! The A/​C unit alone was 3 times the size of the one I was using, which was very exciting. When they finally finished installing the system, the warm and cold air tests were proof enough that I made the right decision. The air flow pouring into the house was exactly what I had hoped for. The upstairs of the house is finally cooling and heating correctly for the first time.

The technicians were very professional in their interactions with my family and worked very hard in putting in the equipment. They arrived exactly when they said they would and went to work immediately and worked until the job was done. I will be recommending this company to friends and family and will be contacting them in the future for equipment maintenance over the next 10 years.
