I love HH Gregg in Frederick. If you need someone who’s efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, ask for salesperson Big Mike. He’s always been helpful with everything I’ve purchased there and he’s kept to his word on making the best deal out of what your getting. When I walk in there, he approaches to assisting me and knows me by name. I am a happy customer of HH Gregg.

I purchased a treadmill on Saturday. It was a great price, but checking out took over an hour. I don’t know what was going on, but my husband, 3 year old son and I waited on one of there couches for over an hour while 5 or 6 members of their staff fiddled with the computer. I finally finished checking out and they said it would be delivered on Tuesday. I just got a call saying they are out of stock and don’t know when it will be delivered. I called the store to see if they knew– was placed on hold for (not exaggerating) 20 minutes– it rang back to someone, I explained who i was waiting for, and he said «Ma’am, I am helping like 5 different people right now, we will have to call you back»… Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside like they really cared about me as a customer, and the fact that I just dropped $ 1,000 in their store. I will pay more to go somewhere with good customer service.
