I have always been a fan of Lowe’s, choosing it over «the other place» when ever possible. Recently we purchased a washer, dryer, fridge and microwave from this Lowe’s. The transaction was great. Less and 3 months later, the dryer stopped working. We called Lowe’s, they sent out their repaid guys A & E Factory repair. Long, long sorry short, after 3 visits and 2 repair men, our dryer was working again… for about a month. Lowe’s refuses to exchange our dryer for one that actually works (which, is what we paid for… a working dryer). They want us to schedule another visit from A & E, but due to the horrible service we got from them, I don’t want them back. We were sold a lemon, which sometimes can happen. We understand that! But, neither Lowe’s nor Samsung are willing to make it right.

Have been shopping here since the store opened. Although smaller then most Lowes, they always have what I need. The place is always clean. The staff goes out of their way to help you.

I have never lived somewhere with snow/ice on the ground. Came here to get a salt mixture to melt ice from when we walked on the snow before shoveling. Noobs. I am 8 months pregnant and was looking to lift 2 (40) lb bags. First an employee showed me bags that split open but weren’t missing much product for 50% off. Thank you! Then a local contractor lifted the bags into my cart for me. Thank you again! All in all a great experience.
