Walked in today in a pretty bad mood, because of how sucky the day was going. However I walked out of my appointment with a big genuine smile! I never thought it possible but I had so much fun at my Eye Appointment! The beginning of my appointment was business as usual, very professional and decent. The fun came when I started picking out glasses, Ja’Dene helped us but Cathy was also there helping us and making the visit fun! They are so personable and I will recommend this facility and these two remarkable women to anyone I know!

Great selection, comparable prices. I think they have one of the most fashion forward selections in the area. That was important to me.

I absolutely love this place! I just got bifocal glasses and computer glasses. The doctor was very patient, not rushing me, so I could ask questions. All the techs are good but Cathy is phenomenal! She understood money was tight and worked the numbers both ways to see which pair I should submit for insurance to «get the most bang for my buck» they told me it would take two weeks for the second pair of glasses to come in but they were ready in only one week!
I definitely recommend this place!

I was very pleased with everything at MyEyeDr! From the exam to the receiving my glasses. I have had 2 «incidences» (my fault) with my eyewear and they were both taken care of quickly!

There was no wait time, I’ve been there twice now for my son and myself. They took me back as soon as I filled out my paperwork. The doc is young, seems knowledgeable and takes his time. I ask a lot of questions and I never felt rushed. Only down side is that I feel like they want you to buy your products there, so if you are a bargain shopper like I am, be prepared. I did buy my sons contacts in store because I got a good deal but the glasses I liked were really expensive, so I chose to keep looking. Really nice folks, that are professional and work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr. First off, I don’t have vision insurance. It had been about 14 years since my last eye check up and after squinting to see the menu at Starbucks I figured I was due for one. They had a coupon going for $ 39 for an exam! I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early because I was in the area and they got me back immediately. They were so efficient I actually left the building at the time my appointment was supposed to start– but I did not feel rushed. Every staff member was very kind and personable. I ended up deciding to get glasses which at first made me nervous because I don’t have insurance. They directed me immediately to an area that was cheaper and I got glasses for $ 50!!!
My total before the discounts would have been $ 531 and I only paid $ 128.50 when it was all said and done (I also got a couple extras like a retinal evaluation and anti-​reflective coating on my glasses). I loved that they were willing to work with me, and I never felt once pressured into paying for extras that I didn’t need. Overall a great experience that I would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful service. Eye exams are done efficiently and they explain all the procedures or tests. Dr Abraham was very good at explaining the results of the overall eye exam and recommendation for glasses. Highly recommend them!

My insurance paid for an eye exam and new lenses. I made the mistake of ordering transition lenses. I tried to like them for six months. But I didn’t. I went back to order new lenses without the transition. They gave me them for free. I tried to pay, but they would accept it. They only wanted me to be happy. I love this place and recommend them to anyone.

I ordered some glasses here and there were several complications that delayed my order. Some of the problems were not even related to My Eye Dr., but my insurance provider. Despite this, the manager, Christopher, handled the situation in a very professional manner and compensated me in a very generous fashion. I received a text message when my order was ready (i love that). I would definitely recommend this store to anybody. The customer service was excellent and what started off as a bad experience was the best retail experience i’ve had at a vision store. Keep up the good work!

Had a very nice experience here. The staff was very friendly and we didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was very nice and through.
The downside is that this place is very expensive. They aren’t pushy for you to buy anything but their items are definitely more expensive than other places and they didn’t even offer to show me the frames that were 100% covered by insurance.
I’d come back for any eye exam but would not purchase glasses here again.

Worst place I’ve ever been too for contacts. Staff was very unprofessional, forgetful, and screwed up my whole order multiple times. Took over a month just for me to get my contacts plus i got multiple contacts for my left eye that was a different prescription strength. They really screwed me over. I will never go back there again. Waist of time and money. So many other places to go for vision care. Avoid this one at all cost!!!

The whole office is great! Very personable… I’ve been seeing Dr. Yoffe for years and I think he is very knowledgeable, up to date and thorough… I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

I went for an eye exam and I thought Dr. Yaffe was great! Would definitely go back and see him again. I however did not buy my frames from them! The sales lady was NOT helpful at all. She started to just randomly pick out glasses for me to try on without looking at me to see if they were a good fit for my face or not. As I tried them on and repeatedly telling her I didn’t like the ones she was giving me, she seemed to start getting annoyed so she started giving me other frames one after another to the point where I was holding about 6 – 7 frames altogether in both of my hands. I couldn’t keep up with her, so when she tried to hand me another frame I told her I couldn’t hold anymore so she just put it back. When I finished trying them all on I asked to show me one that I saw on the shelf and she immediately told me they were way too small for me and did not take them out to have me try them on. So I tried on another of «her» recommendations and I told her I actually like them she blurted out that they didn’t look good on me and that the ones she had showed me earlier looked better. But I’m wondering how she would know that if she never looked at how each glasses looked on my face because she was too busy throwing glasses on my hands. I finally got tired of it and asked if I can just take the prescription with me. She said yes without any hesitation and rung me out quickly! I started wondering if she was in a rush or something. She had no patience and no personal skills. Overall her customer service sucked!!! I took my business elsewhere.

The eye doctor and staff were extremely nice. But the prices are atrocious. If you go there, even if you have insurance I urge you to ask in advance what they intend to charge you for the eye exam. I have been wearing contact lenses for twenty-​five years and I have never paid over $ 300 for an eye exam and fitting. After my initial visit I was charged $ 105 which I believed was the balance of my contacts and exam after my insurance coverage. When I returned to pick up my contacts there was a balance of $ 220. When I reviewed the receipt because the staff couldn’t explain it to me. I found that my exam was $ 140 for the eye exam $ 40 for the contact fitting and an additional $ 145 exam fee that I still do not understand because the staff was unable to explain it to me.

Got an exam and 2 pairs of glasses. Dr. Yaffe is great and very personable. The glasses were delayed a bit over the holidays but the staff is professional and very good at checking for any imperfections with the glasses. Very happy with quality and staff
