Pizza Hut

First thing’s first, DO NOT EVER FOR DELIVERY.
It took over an hour for my order to be delivered and let me tell you, I live less than 5 minutes away from this restaurant.
As for the pizza, it was cold and dry. You can tell it was definitely made an hour ago and left out of the oven. I ordered the skinny thin crust, but it tasted like straight up cardboard & the toppings were all cold.

Ordered online. Delivery was extremely timely. Delivery man was very kind and friendly.
Pizza was NOT how I remembered it (about 2 years ago). It was hot, fresh, tasty, and since I ordered a naked stuffed crust the previous excessive butter and grease didn’t make my stomach kill. I recommend giving them another try. I actually liked it a lot! Plus there are 0 decent pizza «delivery» restaurants in Frederick. I would definitely order from them again. Also the Peruvian cherry peppers were delicious.

The McDonalds of Pizza. A dingy, dirty, poorly-​lit dump in dire need of a complete overhaul, from the menu, to the décor, to the way its staff is hired and trained. Simply put, this place sucks. At its best, Pizza Hut can deliver a satisfying fast food experience. At its worst, you leave swearing to God that you’ll never go back. And believe me, this store is the worst of the worst. The last time I wasted my money here, I ordered a large pan pizza with double extra cheese. This is the only pizza I ever order here. My tastes are simple, and if I dare add more toppings, they’ll probably just screw it up. A large pan pizza is $ 10. They charge $ 2 more for extra cheese. So my total was $ 14 plus tax. When I got my pizza home, it was obvious they forgot the double extra cheese. This is not the first time this has happened, and I was stupid for not checking the pizza when I picked it up. When I called to complain, the manager argued with me, insisting I was wrong, and then hung up on me. I’ve ordered this pizza a hundred times, and I know what it should look like. When the cheese is so thin that the red sauce can be seen underneath, then I know that I paid an extra $ 4 for nothing. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

As with many other reviewers (both here and google) about this location, the staff is terrible. Too many careless mistakes and no accountability. Poor customer service. There are many other better options that deliver in the same area. On a positive note, the pizza is good when they get the order right and serve it fresh. Not worth the other headaches that come along with this store however.
