Never Again. Called ahead to make reservations for my daughters 5th birthday party. Informed them we’d be bringing vegetable trays and food. Day of the party they refused to allow us to bring food in. We had to purchase the food ahead of time… through pump it up. Was given lectures about food safety and told about the contract they have… I then asked if I could order pizza from one of my daughters favorite places. Was told no. It had to ordered through them and only from dominos.

Had my son’s birthday party here. Kids had a blast and the staff was great! The party assist was perfect, helped with everything. Will definitely be back for more birthday parties.

This is a new indoor moonbounce facility that is perfect for filling those long summer days when kids are out of school. I think this place opened at the beginning of June, though I couldn’t find the exact date in this article from the Frederick News Post: My neighbor told me about this place but had forgotten the name, and I had to search to find it. My daughter has been invited to birthday parties at other Pump It Ups, but now we have one close to home. I will definitely be taking her over for the«Pop In Playtimes» this summer – you can check their Web site to see when they are. Looks like most weekdays 10 – 12 and 1 – 3, and different times on weekends. Costs $ 8 to get in, and there are 3 large rooms full of different moonbounces. Remember to bring socks! I think any kid would love this(and adults can jump too…). They also do birthday parties, Parents Night Out, and Tween Night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was that my daughter got little friction burns on her elbows from the slide… if possible, get your kid to wear long sleeves or tell them to keep their arms up…
