Great service and great customer service. Ron is the best and is very fair

Ron has been working on all of my Jeeps since he opened, his shop is the coolest to look at. The shop is also the easiest to deal with, he gives you the good and sometimes bad news on the vehicle straight up and no bullshit.
I would recommend this shop for anyone who wants a neighborhood mechanic that is also informative for a better understand of what happens to their car.
most importantly that other review about the GTO is complete bullshit!!!

I have been doing business with R&R since their first year. The owner Ron has worked with me through some big & small work on my cars (think he has done work on at least 5 different ones over the years), and I keep coming back cause he doesn’t rip me off and the work is done well. He works with me as to what needs to be done now and what can be put off to help me with my budget, and he is greatly transparent with costs.
I moved out of the area a few years back (greater than 30 minutes away) but I continue to go there even though it is a hassle. I tried one place in my hometown of Emmitsburg who said I needed $ 3,000+ of work. When I went to R&R they could only confirm about 50% (by cost) of that work which was really required, and only $ 800 in work which was an immediate need. I was even walked back into the R&R shop area where I was shown there was no leaking from the axles and some other items which did not need the work the previous garage recommended.
Also, when I have had scheduling issues on getting my car in there they work with me on that. Very flexible.
Just be prepared that Ron is a bit of a character, very outgoing and direct, and know he is honest and loyal to his customers. Can’t recommend them enough. They have saved me money & time.

This shop let an 18 year old kid take a customer’s 600 horsepower GTO for a joy ride, totaled it, and is sticking it to the customer 6 ways to Sunday. R&R’s cut rate insurance is refusing to fully reimburse the vehicle owner for car and modifications, and R&R is refusing to do anything on their end to make the owner whole.
If you take your vehicle to R&R, you clearly aren’t worried as to whether or not you’re ever getting it back.
