I don’t want to leave a rating, but I can’t leave a review unless I do.
Twice now i’ve called and asked if I could come over in 5 – 10 minutes for a pedi and was told yes, only to sit there and have other people who walk in after me and be taken before me.
The one time I was able to get a pedi, I asked for the sport pedi, where I was supposed to have my pick of scrub. The nail person chose whatever she wanted to use and when I called her out on it she had an attitude.
Don’t go there. The staff is unfriendly and could care less about you.
Go to Passions in Urbana. $ 12 less and they are much more friendly and do an awesome job.

Great experience. Me and my daughter’s were treated like royalty by Vu, the owner. He bent over backwards to make our visit truly special. I have known Vu for several years and consider him the best!

I have never had a bad experience from here. I regularly come for waxing and pedicures and I am always greeted with kindness when I walk in. I am always pleased when I walk out the door! I recommend to all of my friends and family.

Terrible experience here. Got gel nails and two weeks later came back to have them taken of. The man told me at first that it wasn’t even an option and tried to make me get them filled. After refusing and asking again to have them off he left and a new lady came over and took them off… by grinding the entire gel part down (including most of my actual nail). Took weeks for my nails to regain strength. Needless to say I will not go back.
