Tommy and Kim are so customer service oriented — treated us like family as my daughter got contacts for the first time and had to learn how to put them in and I got «progressives» for my old eyes. Dr. Amedeo was very thorough and even made us laugh. Thank you!

Best staff I’ve ever dealt with getting glasses. They were all helpful and everyone was smiling. It’s nice to go to a business where I don’t have to deal with miserable workers. I think the doctor went a little fast with the exam, but everything was fine with my glasses and my vision is perfect now… with them on obviously. lol

I went to them and although the workers were friendly and nice, they also lack integrity and do not honor what they say. I purchased glasses and presented them with THEIR coupon for $ 100 off which said nothing at all about not being accepted with insurance. They ended up billing my insurance $ 100 but not taking the coupon. I attempted to settle this with them and then had to get the BBB involved. In the end, Sterling wouldn’t make things right by refunding me the $ 100 — instead, they ignored the claim. They demonstrated a lack of integrity and morals!
