Subway

Stopped in on a 8 hr trip. It was clean, the food was fresh and the staff was courteous. Glad we are here

If I order a salad, STOP ASKING ME IF I WAS LETTUCE! Every freaking time! This location also only offers double chicken instead of single. The price is slightly cheaper on salads than other ones, but the subs are pricey. The $ 5 footlong commercials were annoying but better than what they cost now. But even that was a scam, 5 years ago I could get 3 footlongs for $ 10.

Some nights my fiancé and I like to grab sandwiches and chips and hang out at home. This location is terrible. We have been there several times so this is no fluke.
Upon walking in you are not greeted nor acknowledged until they decide they are ready to wait on you. The 5 times we have been there it has been staffed by younger girls who seem to really hate being there. They gave off a «can’t be bothered» attitude. They clearly don’t have English as their first language and are not interested in trying to help you understand them. One night the one young woman was down right rude.
Now on to their other issues. They are soooo slow! I could have hopped the counter and made my own in half the time it took them. They are also stingy with meat and toppings. It just seems like they don’t know how to make a good hearty subway sub. A few times there has only been like one person working in the front and they would call for the person in the back and by the time she put her gloves on and got out there things were backed up. There was just no haste at all.
They also have a sign up that says «If you have an issue with service contact our manager at (they give the number) dont post it online» or something like that.
We now go to one that is a little further away on purpose just to avoid this place. I suggest you do the same.

I really do feel that Subway is the lesser of the fast food evils, right behind Jimmy John’s. I would abstain from eating here completely if I could, but something I just need to get some meat and veggies into my system. As a fast-​food pit stop with potable and palatable options, it is good.
With this particular location, it can help to be bilingual. Some of the ladies behind the counter are not that fluent in English, but they try.
