I have been working with Sunshine Management for 2 years, and the owner of my company has worked with them for over 30. They are an honest and fair management company, and focus on building long term relationships with their clients. They do a great job with maintenance, both routine long-​term maintenance as well as emergency situations. They go above and beyond to keep their clients happy. Highly recommend!

this so called management company is the worst I have ever seen ! they do not care about the renters at all the only thing they are worried about is who they will rip off for lot of money I have a place with them and I swear every 2 months I have a eviction notice because they bill me for things that are not my responsibility I am fed up with them thinking they will take advantage of me and the others who live in the same building ! they just come in your home when ever they feel like it without any warning or notice which I believe should not be allowed by law the manager is the worst i have ever seen all they honestly care about is taking people for money they can’t afford please do not ever go to these people for help trust me in the end it is not worth the bullshit!!!

DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! This company is backwards its horrible the people such as the rep upfront are nice and try to do there job well. The people they have hired to do there work around the homes are less then okay. They hire what looks like fly by night people. When I call the women who manages the properties she will not return calls or screens them half the time. She sounds and looks like some drunk washed up women who cares more about getting new properties they can suck the money out. They could care less about getting things done around your home. I have gutters falling off pretty much and rotting the wood away on my house. I’ve tried so many time to get it fixed and I just get the run around AND OVER AGAIN I am told that my board has no money to do anything I PAY CLOSE TOO 500 EVERY 3 months. They charge way to much for management fees and run around saying this and that about how they will fix things and they never do. I have come home several times to people waling around giving them an estimate. Sunshine is just in it for the money they do not care about the places the manage anyone can take a drive around Frederick look at the places the manage and get a good idea of how awful they are.
