What a nightmare it was living here. Walls are paper thin, and the apartments are outdated for the price. We paid $ 1800 for a 2⁄2 which was way overpriced for the area. Ballenger Creek is an extremly nice area to live in, it is just unfortunate that the apartments at Wellington Trace make up the«ghetto» for the area. The parking lot was littered with little drug baggies as we have seen many drug deals go down in the parking lot. We moved out of state so renewing our lease was not an option, however, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies. The manager Bill Hume is rude and unsympathetic to many of the problems within the community. It’s easy to see why they have such a high turnover rate not just with the residents but with the office staff as well. When we moved out, we were charged a $ 650 fee to replace the old carpets which were falling apart when we moved in. Paid the fee to never have to deal/speak with these people again. Renter BEWARE!
