Had a major issue with my AC. Called a couple places, United Air Temp being one of them. Had 2 reps out today; one from UAT and one from «another» company. The other rep looked my unit over and told me it couldn’t be fixed but could have someone there same day to give me an estimate on a new system. Chris Rosati from United Air Temp came at 4:15pm. Basically squeezing me in since I didn’t have an appointment. He was extremely thorough and eventually diagnosed the problem. After replacing a faulty part it was good to go. However, he did inform me that I will need to replace the unit eventually due to its age and being phased out. But, he did not pressure me into anything nor did I feel like I was being given a hard sales job. He didn’t leave until everything was done and even waited to make sure after running the system for awhile. He was at my house for almost 2 hours.
I would definitely recommend United Air Temp and Chris Rosati. I won’t have anyone else work on my AC and furnace.

Matthew came out to work on heat pump. He was knowledgeable and competent. Explained what the problem was and showed me the part. He halfway restored my confidence in United Air Temp. Great rep for this company.

Not at all happy. Tried to up sell me immediately to a new furnace. Received another estimate the next day and for the same furnace I paid $ 1,000 less!!!
