We are in the process of moving from Virginia to Frederick, MD, and we feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon Val. Out of all the realtors we spoke with about properties, she is the only one who took the time to work with us to find a good rental that met all our needs. She was helpful, prompt, and diligent in getting us into a property fast! We felt totally taken care of.
She’s also extremely knowledgeable– she’s been in Frederick 30+ years so she’s really seen it grow and evolve.
Val will definitely be our realtor when we buy a house in the coming months. I’d highly recommend her to anyone moving from out of the area.
