They need to advise people who’ve just had an implant done that they should purchase dental wax to prevent their tongue from being slashed apart. Perhaps they should just provide the dental wax.

II went to this office and the officer manager was horrible. I went for my appointment, and. had a conversation with your office manager. That bitch demanded that I had to pay $ 200.00 dollars before I saw the dentist. She informed me $ 200.00 would be the balance that the insurance company would not cover. I explained that I was there for a consultation only. I was not even sure if I was going to have the procedure. IShe kept being a bitch and talking very meanly to me demanding I pay the $ 200.. I was quite upset and embarrassed by the interaction. Then she said «I will bill you for a missed appointment.» I turned and looked at her and said «Don’t do that because I did not miss my appointment.». I came home and told my family what a horrible experience I had. I thought it was over but then I received a $ 50 charge for a missed appointment. I did NOT miss my appointment. The bill is fraud. Choose another dentist. .No one should have to go through what I did. DO NOT GO HERE. Go somewhat you will be treated fairly and with respect.

I went to Dr. Behnaz on two occasions, on each visit I received good care and friendly service.
