Ace’s Tree Service is the best! Family operated business that cares about their customers. Last year 2014 they cut down several trees in my backyard. They did a great job and at a great price. This year 2015 they ground down the stumps from the trees and laid sod in my backyard. Wow! My backyard is beautiful now! Ace’s did a great job again! I would recommend them to anyone! Great family business. Everyone we met was extremely kind and professional. We emailed on Friday evening and heard back from them within an hour of making the inquiry. The owner, Terry, came out the next day to give a quote. The price was right and even better, they were able to start the job the very same day. By Sunday afternoon all of the leaves on our ½ acre wooded property were gone. We will definitely have them back out again for our next job!

When shopping for prices, Ace’s Tree Service had prices that were, in some cases, half what the other tree service companies were charging. It honestly seemed like a «too good to be true» scenario. Not only were they removing the trees at half the price, (one of which was half dead and hanging dangerously over the neighbor’s property) but without extra charge they also removed the brush and debris laying around the yard that had been piled up in different places by the previous homeowner. The owner of the company even showed up herself and was very willing to negotiate on the price due to our limited funds.
I was so skeptical about the price that I even took the day off of work in case there were any miscommunications. I tend to go by the rule, «If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.» At precisely the time they said they would arrive, they were there, and began work. In a matter of hours, they had cleared the trees that needed to come down, removed the excess brush, stacked the wood in the location I specified, and even went around with a leaf blower to clean up any stray wood shavings from the chipper. I was amazed at what a great job they did. They even did some trim work on some of the other trees that they noticed needed doing, and didn’t charge me for it!
I can’t begin to describe how happy we were with their service, and there is absolutely no question that we will be calling them back for some stump grinding, and any other tree issues we should have in the future. This is the first in a long time that I felt like a valued customer.
