The gal that checked me out for my trailer charged me $ 400 less than I was quoted– GREAT RIGHT? No– the rental contract that was provided to me only had half of my information correct, had the wrong pick-​up & drop-​off location on the wrong day!!! Needless to say, Uhaul said it is this company’s fault and of course there is no remorse. All the woman cared about was her child’s Christian recitals and eating her lunch. Sorry for interrupting your day, get out of customer service if you cannot uphold your end of the bargain. Thanks for nothing– I’m now stuck paying DOUBLE for their mess up!!!
Needless to say, a long letter to the paper, county & BBB is being delivered on their behalf.

Don’t rent U-​haul equipment here. They are not willing to help you with the equipment.
I tried to rent a trailer there and they weren’t willing to help me get it on the hitch. Their words were «We just rent you the equipment. The rest is up to you.
I guess I’m used to the actual U-​haul rental shops where they help you put it on and take it off. Anyhow, I don’t care for their idea of customer service.
