I went a few weeks after they opened to have my son’s car tuned-​up. The guy gave it to me and it misfired half the way home. When I brought it back the tech that had it said it was fine when he gave it to me. He didn’t put the distributor wires back correctly and it was firing wrong. Tried to say he test drove it when there was no way he could have. Hopefully they fired the guy. Not even sure he was a licensed mechanic. The guy that owned the company was ok.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Was driving from DC to Newport News when my 2010 Ford Flex started shaking at high speeds and when braking. After losing a fight with my wife about whether to stop, we stopped here on a holiday weekend to get it looked at. Customer service was fantastic, quick and friendly. They were very thorough with their diagnostics, and concluded that it wasn’t anything that couldn’t wait until we got back to DC. And no charge for the diagnostic. Clean, decent coffee.

Great family oriented business. Under new ownership. Customer service is unbeatable and prices are the best in town! Not to mention its owned by veterans! Extremely clean shop as well.

This is a great store! Brand new, very clean store and employees are courteous. I came in for my 90,000 service and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and showed me what I needed and what I didn’t need. I highly recommend you give them a try.
