Those who know me well know that I am a HUGE fan of Charming Charlie and fashion jewelry and accessories. However I CANNOT step into this CC anymore. Every time that I visit this particular store it appears that their service get WORSE every time. The girls are usually just standing around, sharing their life stories and when you ask them a question, they just give attitude and point in the direction of where you may find what you’re looking for but they don’t actually bother to take 5 steps to show you exactly where the item is. I have walked out one too many times and i refuse to every visit this place again (unless if i’m with mom, you can’t say no to mom)! So frustrated and beyond annoyed with their staff at this location. I would highly recommend their corporate office to re-​evaluate the entire staff here and educate them on customer service.

Always well organized and fairly priced. I am always looking for something that catches my eye and charming Charlie is the perfect place for attention grabbing piece! Staff is always friendly and willing to help.

Good place for cheap bling that doesn’t look cheap. Jewelry, boots, purses, hats and a big long list of other accessories that a girl may want. Why could my X wife like this store, could have saved a Ton of $$$$

Charming Charlie is a playground of accessories and trendy clothing. I can always find something interesting in there to go with new outfits. I love how they separate all their jewelry by color. It makes it so much easier to sort through them.
The only problem I have with Charming Charlie is that none of their clothing fit me right. Yes, this is a personal problem, but it’s sooo upsetting. Their clothing is awesome; best described as hippy meets New Yorker. Totally me! It’s always disappointing when I try on 10+ items and walk away with 0 just because all of them look terrible on. Bummer!

My first Charming Charlie experience was in Phoenix. My mom went WILD in there! This is really the perfect place to accessorize your look with inexpensive necklaces, bracelets, earrings, scarves, purses and hats. They also have a small selection of clothing (on the expensive side) and shoes, but accessories are their thing, and everything is separated according to color, which makes it very easy to go in and get what you want for your particular outfit. Virginia now has three Charming Charlie stores — Richmond, Fredericksburg and Fairfax — and I’ve been to two of them. This one in Fredericksburg has almost no Curtain Call (clearance) section to speak of. The staff is nice, but it seemed to take forever to get through the line.
