My wife had a big cook out planned for a bunch of her college friends, and I was on travel for work, so I ordered something nice for them all to be delivered the day of the cook out. It was delivered on time, but she got things I didn’t order. I ordered two dozen chocolate covered strawberries(WITHOUT nuts, because she doesn’t like them), and she received 8 strawberries, 8 apples, and 8 bananas, all COVERED with crushed nuts. The store is open, but when I call, no one answers the phone, and I get a voice mail that says they’re closed. I spent quite a bit of money to have the strawberries hand delivered, and am VERY dissapointed that my wife got the wrong items. And of course they covered everything with nuts, which she doesn’t like, so now it was a totally wasted purchase. Avoid this place. **Edit**(same day) I got a hold of someone on my fourth call. They are going to deliver the correct items to my wife this afternoon. I am still not happy with the initial mistake, but they did own up to their mistake and are going out of their way to right the wrong. I am satisfied.

After going to the store and calling twice to make sure my daughter would receive her birthday surprise. .this was still not delivered when promised. After waiting hours i call to get no apologies from staff. Was told well you arent the only one complaining today. How rude! I had to ask for a refund. which i havent received. And staff did not try to make this right! With no customer service no delivery and now they still havent fixed the issue. .and you ruined my daughter’s bday. Stay away from this place! I wish i didnt have to give any stars here. they dont deserve it!

Placed an order for same day delivery to surprise my wife who wasn’t feeling well. It’s 9:30 at night and it still hasn’t arrived. The status reads«out for delivery» but it said that 4 hours ago. I should have just picked it up or sent flowers. Surprise ruined. Update: it never arrived. I ended up getting a refund.

I wish I could give zero stars since I never received my order. My boyfriend ordered an arrangement for me for my birthday, and it never showed up! They merely offered to refund his money, but not to actually deliver what he ordered. Very disappointing!

DONOTDOBUSINESSWITHTHEM! If there was a way to rate with negative stars I would have! Not only did they not deliver on my girlfriend’s birthday, they promised to make it up and guaranteed the first delivery the next day… DIDN’T HAPPENATALLTHENEXTDAY! Thanks for ruining a birthday gift!

I absolutely LOVE this location of Edible Arrangements. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty with their accommodations and customer service! We need a few platters and baskets for an event we were hosting. We were a bit skeptical because we waited until the last minute to place the order, not to worry because everything was perfect and waiting for us at the time that we needed. The baskets as well as the strawberry platters were extremely FRESH. I want to thank the staff for working with our last minute plans and doing an AMAZING job. PS… These were the BIGGEST and SWEETEST strawberries. Thank you again!

I gave this Edible Arrangements store a 2 star for a valid reason. I had an ill feeling when I realized I’d accidentally arranged an order through this one and not Garrisonville. My gut feeling was correct. I ordered over a week early for an arrangement for my Mother as I was to be away for over a week and I knew it would cheer her up. I had limited communication with her and on the day I had communication(the day she was to receive her order) I was extremely disappointed to hear that she had no received her arrangement and we were late into the evening. Given I was out of the Country I could text for free, but phone calls charged excessively, thus I asked her to call. She called and ended up speaking to three different individuals. The first gave her the round about with no answer to her question, instead they sent her to contact the other Arrangement store in Stafford. So she did, the number was no good. Returning a call back that the number was no good, she was promised a return call as they planned to try to contact themselves. Forty-Five minutes later after being promised an immediate return call, she called again to speak to a new individual. She was curtly told that the arrangement was already sent out. However, they had not a clue where the arrangement was. She requested the order be canceled with the third individual she spoke to. The gentleman was professional and promptly agreed to cancel her order. The next day she received a day old arrangement. Almost an insult to injury by the fact the fruit was subpar in freshness. The arrangement itself looked superb as always, but I was(and so was she) extremely disappointed in how short this store fell to satisfactory results. My Mom told the delivery individual that she had canceled the order, they insisted she took the arrangement, otherwise it would just be thrown away anyway. Insuring that my order would be canceled, she called again, the third individual was polite and confirmed that it had in fact been canceled. The company fixed the problem, but it was very unsatisfactory in results. I have no intentions of ordering through this Edible Arrangements again. I will stick with Garrisonville. I understand they’re the«same» but I have ordered multiple times without issues on Garrisonville. Had I not ordered this over a week before its scheduled delivery, I could understand. There is no excuse for lack of communication on their part, no excuse. If there was a problem, they should have called. Instead, I had to blow a surprise for my Mother due to their incompetence.

Even though I was disappointed with the initial service, the attitude of Edible Arrangement’s staff, and owner, pleased me to the point where I gave them a second chance. They are an excellent example of what quality customer service represents. It’s not just in how you serve your product, it is how you serve your customers. Thank you Edible Arrangement staff for a job well done in handling this issue :)
