We are so excited to have found this place. We’re furnishing a new home and at Encore we have found rugs, chairs, occasional tables, lamps, pictures, and various decorative objects (vases, etc.) They have lots of upholstered furniture, dining sets, bedroom sets, and media cabinets, buffets, etc. as well. I prefer to buy used for environmental reasons and because if it’s already survived someone else it’s more likely to survive us!
The staff are super helpful, friendly without being intrusive, and they remember you when you return.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the selection and overall atmosphere of the store. The woman at the desk is very helpful, she can definitely help you find anything you might be looking for. I was looking at a bedroom set for a few minutes but decided against it because it was over my budget but she came over and told me the vendor who owns the piece was known to bargain and if I made an offer she would call immediately and ask. I ended up buying that set and another set of tables all under my budget. Extremely helpful and friendly, I will certainly be back and would recommend this store to anyone looking for nice consignment furniture. Ask if the vendors will haggle, you might be surprised. The store is clean and the moving guys helped me load up.

I have purchased multiple items here as well as my family members. The sales associates are always friendly and welcoming. They can take purchases on the phone if you like an item and you didn’t purchase while there. The delivery men that dropped the items to my cousin were friendly and took care with her items and with her house because they knew it was a new house. This is a consignment store so some items are in better condition than others. I’m a big fan and I like the trendy pieces mixed with antiques. At times items can be priced a bit high IMHO but just wait for them to go on sale. I would rate this store 4.5(but rather give it a 5 rather than a 4) because the store is always clean, staff is friendly, items typically in great shape. The other reason I would rate the store a 4.5 is because I wish you could bargain a bit more. I never leave empty handed! ;)

This is a used /​consignment furniture that has lots of new things on a regular basis. The price on each piece is marked and comes down in price automatically every week or so and you can see what the cost will be in a couple weeks if it still hasn’t sold. Some of prices start out pretty high, but if you wait it out you could get a good deal. Although I would say BEWARE on one note: I purchased some furniture items and paid them to deliver and had spoken to them about consigning a dinette table I had. They arranged to pick up the dinette when they delivered the furniture I purchased from them. They took my dinette table back when they delivered and then NEVER contacted me back. I contacted them SEVERAL times via phone and email and they never responded & it’s been about 10 months since they took my dinette in for consignment. The dinette is not in their shop and I have received NO $ for it. It wasn’t a huge deal to me as I had only gotten it as something temporary off craigslist until I could find something I liked, but it is certainly wrong and bad business practice. So Consignor Beware.
