Great subs. My first visit i ordered the hook n ladder which was delicious. The second visit i ordered the beef brisket, add jalapeños. Delicious. Love the customer service and greeting when i walk in the door. During my recent visit the owner Iseline had come out to the dining room to ask how my sub was and thanked me for coming in, which was a nice touch. Oh and sign up on their app, you get points for eating and a free sub on your birthday, which i will take advantage of next month

We waited 35 minutes for a sub that we never got. After 15 minutes, we asked about our order and was told it was coming. Watched eight customers that came in after us get their order. After the 35 minutes asked for our money back. Had to get a little ugly but did get it back. Overall, very disorganized. They were able to say«welcome to Firehouse Sub’s» but that’s it.

Line was out the door on a Wednesday at 12:30pm. Missed my break cause I was there so long. My brisket is dry as could be with little to no sauce(this thing is supposed to make a mess) very disappointing.

The owner of this store, Iselene(probably not spelled right) is so rude. She argues with customers– seen it AND dealt with it first hand. Instead of admitting to your mistake, you made it 10 times worse by arguing with a paying customer. $ 17 for 2 medium subs and 1 drink is not cheap and definitely don’t appreciate being argued with. Then, to make it worse, you don’t even try and fix the problem one of your awesome workers, Krissy did. Thankful for her but doubt I will be back bc you as an owner, should know better. AND– other customers saw and heard you arguing with me. Not a good look. Especially when the comment on it as well.

Best chain sub shop IMO. Have yet to have a sub that was not good. Have been working my way through the lineup and like them all. Kids get a fireman hat with their meals and you can get an empty 5 gallon pickle bucket for just $ 2 What’s not to like?

I love the steamed meat. It makes for a juicy sandwich. Unfortunately we fell victim to a failure of proper training(our Firehouse App order was submitted and printed out in the store, but they forgot to look for it). So we had to wait for them to make our sandwiches instead of them being ready when promised.

I’ve never had a bad sandwich at Firehouse.

Lamesauce poured over food that is looking better than it is to actually eat. Lacking topping choices, mystery counter adds to the unknown, soda machine is weak. Go to Sams or Brothers for subs. Panera is right around the corner, and you get better food for the money there.

I love the veggie sub from here. Its not like subway where you only get a few raw cold veggies. It’s a hot sub with roasted peppers and onions, melted cheese, mushrooms, lettuce and dressing with a side pickle. This is my favorite place to go for lunch.

Went there on 8.25.11 and ordered a Number 10 Combo. The sandwich contained flavorless brisket and cheddar cheese. Quizno’s definitely wins in quality and flavor. The brisket was mushy and tasted like Potted Meat that had been sitting in water. Nice people worked there so thats good enough to bump this to two stars.

Enjoyed the steak and cheese with the cherry lime-aid. Definitely better than Subway.

Visited yesterday with some friends. I got the Italian which is usually my go to, but this time there was a sweet honey ham and less of the Italian meats I wanted. The sweet ham was a disappointment. My wife who got the ham and turkey also complained about how there a sweet honey which made her sandwich to sweet. All in all we’d prefer to go to Subway, Quiznos, or even Potbellies. At least then I don’t wonder why it cost $ 20 for a sandwich and a drink. Yea what I could have purchased for $ 12 at Subway ran $ 20. Live and learn.

Why are there are so many more sandwich chains on the east coast than on the west coast? We just got a Panera within an hour’s drive of my house last year, other than that we had to rely on Quiznos or Subway. Out here there’s dozens of chains, it’s hard to keep them all straight. Anyways, I was driving home from Raleigh and was starting to hit traffic so I decided to stop and grab a quick dinner. I didn’t want to go to a sit down place by myself so I just drove around the crazy commercial area that is the Central Park shopping center until I saw this sub shop. It’s the first time I’d ever been to a Firehouse so I decided to keep it simple. I got a medium veggie(they don’t have a small size) and was happy that it came with *three* cheeses. Not half bad for a veggie sub. Good choice if you’re swinging through the area and want to grab a sandwich.

This is quite«the hungry man» place to go. The subs are fulfilling and cheap, but lack flavors. If you are on the«no taste diet» then this place is for you. Went there to experience what cooking at Firehouse Subs but was very disappointed by the food. Had the Italian Sub, which is made of Genoa Salami, Pepperoni, Ham, Provolone, Italian dressing and Italian seasoning. I did not enjoyed it.
