Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Place needs to be cleaned. Messy tables and trash on floor. I love me some 5 Guys but won’t be back to this location.

I’ve been to plenty of Five guys, this was a poor experience. The cashier kept wiping her snot on her hands and arms while taking orders. Took a long time to get the food for how slow they were. 2 people that ordered after me got their food before me.

Generous helpings of piping hot fries, juicy burgers, and peanuts for appetizers. This is my favorite Five Guys out of the 3 I frequent. Always greeted by a friendly face and always a delicious meal.

Best burgers I have ever had. This beats both In-​And-​Out and pricey sit down places. I have gone here dozens of time and it is always consistent. The service is very friendly. I’m not sure it it is the manager or owner who is always there, but he is always friendly. Great music too.

Super friendly service; enjoyed being warmly greeted by each person working there. 5 of us showed up 30 minutes before closing and treated just the same as if it was 30 minutes after opening.

Great cheeseburger just the way I like it. Yummy Cajun fries and a coke machine that dispenses flavored seltzer water. Clean, friendly staff, a great place to escape the I-​95 parking lot during rush hour. Love me some Five Guys! No photo because I ate the burger before I had the shot.

Firstly I want to say that this location is sparkling clean and that their customer service is excellent.
People have been raving to me about Five Guys for YEARS. I had never eaten there because I am a vegetarian but one night, my husband and I were so tired of our regular restaurants that I called Five Guys to ask if they had a veggie burger. YES! They did!
I have had a whole lot of veggie burgers in my life. Many meat eaters do not believe me when I tell them that you can actually have a very satisfying and flavorful veggie burger. Since Five Guys specializes in burgers, I was really excited to see what they could come up with.
My veggie burger was basically lettuce, a slice of tomato, a slice of onion and some mushrooms between two buns. It was entirely flavorless. Did anyone actually taste test this before it was put on the menu? If a life-​long vegetarian doesn’t even like this, something must be wrong! I’m a vegetarian, not a rabbit!
Unfortunately, my husband did not like his burger, either (he is a meat-​eater). I shouldn’t say he didn’t like it, what I really mean is that he didn’t think it was anything special.
The staff was friendly and the location was kept very clean but the food just isn’t enough to bring us back. I honestly expected more from a business that specializes in this particular food!

If you want a good, juicy, hot, mouth watering Burger this is the place! I enjoy burgers and this place has never let me down. My favorite is a double with cheese and cooked onions :) The fries are always hot, delicious and plentiful. The family enjoys sharing one order of fries and all the hamburger toppings are fresh. The new soda machines allow us to make a variety of concoctions to enjoy. Very well recommended. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was due to two experiences where the floor was slippery. I mentioned this to management and they quickly responded.

Love it. This place has so many toppings to choose from it is worth it. The fries are great too. Huge burgers if you want them or smaller sizes for a smaller appetite. Reasonable prices for the large amounts of food you get.

Perhaps the cholesterol-​o-​meter should sound an alarm as I walk through the door. Behind the counter, sizzling on the grill is my burger. Between two beef patties sits a slice of cheese and the entire concoction is topped with slices of bacon, and slathered with pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. SLURP! My arteries are hardening as I think about this burger… Add a side of fries with that and I’m in heaven. There are very few things outside of my future ex-​husband Edward Cullen that makes me weak in the knees, but a Five Guys burger will do it EVERY TIME.

Great burgers and fries, prices reasonable considering food quality.

Love me an A1 burger. I brought my friend in here for his first time. He loved it. Always the best choice for a good burger. The staff was very fun and animated ;)

If you want a good burger and fries this is the place. I also love that they provide a good quality vinegar for the fries. Yum!

Delicious, greasy burgers. A paper bag full of fries. It’s a shame that it’s really unhealthy or I’d eat here more often!

We decided to stop in our drive from DC to Richmond. I have been reading reviews on Five Guys Hamburgers and they have been compared to In-​n-​Out. Me being from the west coast, I was intrigued. And I was pleasantly surprised. I like it much better than In-​n-​Out. I ordered the little cheeseburger and my bf ordered the big cheeseburger (two hamburger patties). The little cheeseburger was just right for me. And I liked all the fixings you could put in your burger. Mushrooms!!! Mmmm. I would recommend the Cajun seasoned fries! And there is free peanuts!

My friend visited me from Boston and she wanted to try their burgers. At first I was not happy with the choice of restaurant but eventually settled for it since I haven’t been there for quite a while.
We went here then for lunch. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburger. I had the double size burger and she chose to go with the single size burger. For ingredients, my burger came with lettuce, tomato, onion, green pepper, jalapeño pepper and ketchup. I really liked it, even though it seem to be a little bit too greasy. The meat was juicy and tasty. My friend liked hers as well.
The Fries were perfectly done, and quite different in taste than in most fast foods restaurants.
I really like this burger place. I will not make it an habit to frequently go to this place but I will totally recommend it to burgers lovers.
