Heater blows out cold air, i have an infant. Their idea of fixing the problem was to twist a bunch of knobs n do absolutely NOTHING. Top it off the floors are disgusting n the bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned

AWFUL. The toilet in the room above ours sent water streaming down the wall of our bathroom, flooding our bathroom with filthy, stinking water. The manager said it was just «snow melt.» Snow melt doesn’t leave brown stains running down a wall. The chairs were stained and stank of crap. There were condom wrappers under the bed, and a prostitute that seemed to be working there approached us looking for business. Why hasn’t the county closed this place yet? Sleeping in your car would be a better choice.
