Had an absolutely horrible experience at this store. The employees were fantastic, but it was the manager that ruined it all. I believe her name was Monica and she was rude and arrogant to both me and her employees. I understand that managers are under pressure, but the way she talked to this poor girl at the register was absolutely disgraceful. I repeatedly witness her talk down to several different employees that were unnecessary and flat out wrong. I came up to the check out and there was a problem with an item. The cashier seemed scared to call for help and had to explain I guess on a radio the problem before this manager would come over. She talked to this girl like she was stupid and then proceeded to talk down to me because I didn’t understand her «solution» to my problem. I felt rushed when there was no line and like my issues were an annoyance to her. If you have a problem at this store and she is working, your problems will never get solved.
NEVER shopping here again!

Michael’s has provided me with some amazing framing of artwork with a great selection of frames and mats. No overcuts on the mat corners — talented framers in-​house.
The rest of the store is just too much fun. You can spend the day shopping for crafts, hobbies or general home décor and weeks still having fun from your purchases. They’ve been at this location for many years and it’s due to the good service, great prices and variety, clean store and dedication.

Great selection and wonderful staff. I have visited this location many times and never had a bad time shopping here.
