We recently purchased 450 sq.ft. of Slaty Multicolor and the entire process was completely awesome. From our initial inquiry, they patiently walked us through all the options, advised us on the pros and cons of the different types of tile (natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, etc.), and helped us decided on the perfect tile for our application. From there they ensured that we knew what additional materials would be required for installation and even set aside our tile at the warehouse in Richmond to ensure that all of our tile was from the same dye lot; we would have never thought about this. As the time neared for our project to begin, they shipped our tile to the warehouse in Spotsylvania, where they held it for about 3 weeks until our contractor picked it up. A quick phone call the day before the tile was picked up to provide payment information was all that was needed to complete the transaction. The whole process was easy beyond our expectations. If there is a shortfall, it would be that they don’t offer installation. They will provide lists of installers that they recommend but actually getting the tile installed was our responsibility.
