What a misnomer!
I called one afternoon when I was really stuck for a cab and was due to speak at an event at Mary Washington College. They quoted me 20 minutes.
Of course, the cab NEVER came. NEVER. I called after 20 minutes and they said it was around the corner. Then they stopped taking my calls, and let the call drop into voice mail.
I can forgive slow. I can even forgive never if there’s a good reason. But I simply will not forgive having my calls shunned. Completely unprofessional.
