We placed an order for lunch at work and they forgot my soup. I went in after work to pick it up, the manager Alex was very courteous. He apologized for the mistake and replaced my whole meal. Awesome customer service.

They gave my 7-year-old a free cookie because they were out of the soup he wanted! Nice staff in general, clean.

I walked in with a very warm welcoming from the young man up front who helped me with my order. He was so knowledgable about the products that they serve here. His name was Freddie and he was great! Also, Melanie in the back preparing the food was very kind and kept us entertained. She knew what she was doing!

We had 6 people come here for lunch today. Everyone enjoyed their food. Management is nice. Line went very quickly even though they were busy. Food was good. My only thought for improvement is the one table that could seat us all together was taken. There is no place for 6 people to sit together except one table. I’m so glad they did away with those ridiculous dinner rolls!

Perhaps I’ve been spoiled by our fancy Panera in downtown Toronto, but this Panera did not measure up to my expectations. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and the bagel was hard and had an odd aftertaste, and the cream cheese had an «off» taste as well. Come on… how hard is it to make a bagel with cream cheese? The bathrooms also were not the cleanest, although to be fair, they were also not exceptionally unclean. They just felt a bit grimy, as bathrooms tend to get. But still, this Panera was quite a disappointment, and I wouldn’t return.

Wanted a bowl of soup after a long day on the road; stopped here as it was close to our hotel. Quiet at dinnertime; chicken and wild rice soup was very good.

I have always said, in the restaurant business, customer service makes or breaks you. The food is typical for this franchise, but the service is unbelievably horrible on weekends. I am not sure about weekdays, but I encourage anyone to go in for weekend breakfast hours and find someone who cares about the consumer…

We live only a few mile from this Panera and have been here many times because of the convenience. They almost never get the order right and today was the final straw. After messing up my order for a cappuccino, the woman snidely invited me to ‘have a nice day.’ I won’t be back to this distinctly inferior and rude establishment.

Gives Panara a bad name. My Tomato and Mozzarella Panini was lacking the mozzarella and my mums bagel was given to her after it was forgotten outside the toaster and with chunks of ice cold butter. Pass on this one.

This location is AWFUL for breakfast! I work off of Route 17 and, of the 8 times I’ve stopped in on my way to work(before 9am), they have only had souffles made/ready-to-go TWO times! I realize this is a super-popular item, so I’m sure they go quickly– but that’s exactly why they should constantly be making them all morning long. Don’t wait until you’ve run out(or down to your last 2 – 3 in ¼ of your flavour combos) before you throw another batch in to bake. I should not walk in and be told that there’s a «10 minute wait» for the one item that I came in for, which is exactly what I was told this morning… That’s just absurd! I love Panera Bread but I will not longer be a patron of this particular location for any meal of the day.

This place is great! When you want a childhood classic like soup with a sandwich this is the place to come to. Plus they serve hormone free foods. Their pastries are yummy and I suggest trying the broccoli and cheese soup.
