We ordered carpeting and padding from this company. Workers arrived with a lower grade padding. I was told that we would get $ 50! back. That never happened, and I’m sorry we let them even install it.
We had also talked about installing granite for the kitchen counter. Without any follow up, measuring, or specifics on what we wanted, our VISA bill showed a charge of over $ 1000. When called on this error, they credited our account.
I’d never go back here. Customer service is not their priority — neither is quality.
