Went this evening and felt you employee, a blonde woman in the glasses, was being very hostile towards me and towards her coworker(a very nice brunette who was doing nothing but her job) I was not happy. The brunette did absolutely NOTHING wrong while the blonde actually let to girls cut me in line and then was very short with us when the brunette tried to help me check out at the other cash register. I do not think bullying in the work environment is ever acceptable and this is very upsetting and not okay.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been too in Fredericksburg. They were all so chipper and happy. They made my drink perfect and even helped me with options. Definitely the best Starbucks in Fredericksburg.

We are here at Starbucks now. The two servers, especially the barista, behind the counter are curt. Maybe only to us. There’s no manager in sight. I think they need one. Not the Starbucks image I’m used to.

Everyone knows I’m a HUGE fan of Starbucks. However, sometimes the rude employees or long lines can get annoying. This Starbucks was AMAZING!!! NOLINES! Yippie! I was actually the only one there. haha They made my coffee to order and it was PERFECT! If only all Starbucks visits could be like this :)

Fast. Friendly service. Coffees made perfect. Cant ask for more! The location is a bit of a pain for getting in and out. You have to make a u-turn to get out and back to the main road.

Incredibly dissatisfied. I paid $ 2.69 for a small lemonade and received three sips of lemonade in a cup of ice. Price point is disastrous and product is sub-par.

I was at this Starbucks this morning, and was disappointed in the service. I’ve received poor drinks there, but rude employees? Never. As I received my drink, I asked for an ice water. In a curt tone, and with no eye contact, the gentleman barista informed me that next time, I needed to ask when I ordered. Mind you, there was no one in line. It was very distasteful. At 9 months pregnant, shouldn’t I be the one with the attitude? And who snaps at a pregnant woman for requesting water? At least my drink was good, though I will definitely hesitate before frequenting that location.

Service is great. The staff remembers my order and are very friendly and accomodate special requests. Keep it up Natalie, Sean, Chad and everybody else. You guys are awesome … So is the flourless Chocolate chip cookie.

Pro tip: This is the only Starbucks in Fredericksburg that has consistently good drinks. They always deliver a nice, clean espresso– none of that muddy bitterness caused by an unclean espresso machine– with a lot of flavor in their speciality drinks. The one time that didn’t happen, the employee was a trainee. No harm, no foul. The staff is always very enthusiastic. It gets a little cramped during busier hours(versus the Southpoint location, which has a lot of space inside), but not enough to be off-putting. Starbucks is overpriced, but this is a case when you’re paying for consistent quality, friendliness, and atmosphere. When you really want Starbucks, spend your cash here. You get what you pay for.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this Starbucks… Only stopping en route to work, the staff has either accommodated my request, «a double shot espresso with soy,» aka a macchiato, or made me feel like I’m speaking a foreign language understood only by an elite class of baristas. While I have no problems repeatedly explaining my desired cup of bliss, I do have issues with being charged varied amounts nearly every time I go in. The price fluctuates between $ 2.30 and $ 4.00, which is extremely frustrating, as this should definitely not be close in cost to a latte. Apart from the lack of consistency price-wise, the drinks have always tasted consistently«Starbucks-esque,» so no complaints there. Would absolutely elect for another café if one was close by, but alas, the ‘Bucks’ is the only available source for caffeine.

Okay, we hit a number of Starbucks today near and in the DC area. EVERYONEOFTHEMHADTHEMEN’S ROOMFULLOFBOXES! Some had long lines waiting to use the one, now unisex, restroom! Many of the lady’s rooms have changing stations resulting in long waits. After a long drive, we always enjoy a stop for a Starbucks and restroom break! 2 Words: Go Here! Don’t go to any of the other ones in the area… I know there’s like 5! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The service was quick and awesome. You could tell the guys who worked there loved what they do. The coffee was just what I needed to get me back to NC in one piece. Cheers.

Here is another Starbucks with the same standard of high-quality java you can expect from all the others around the world. While I’m not a big fan of the drive-through(it’s not fast like Mickey D’s), I am a fan of this specific location as a place to do work and drink coffee casually in the evenings. I’m a cappuccino or latte drinker, and that’s usually what I go with, in the only form the drinks should come — steaming hot. What’s outstanding about this place are the comfy couches and chairs inside and the access to free wifi. It’s a distinct pleasure, falling into the leather furniture and doing work on the laptop, listening to music, and enjoying the air conditioning on sauna-like Virginia summer nights. If you are from south Louisiana(or Alabama) and a Virginia summer feels like to you what a Maine summer feels like to me, then maybe you’ll enjoy sitting outside with the smokers at the picnic tables. I’ll stick with staying inside. Now when Fall comes I’ll be outside — but until then count me out(or rather«in»). One thing that I never knew about this location until this June is that they have wireless Starbucks Card processing capability. This means that when I bring in my iOS wifi-enabled, 3G, or 4G device I can pay for my drinks wirelessly. No need for a physical card. And that’s good because I lost my Starbucks Card last week, but I sure won’t lose an Apple device($$$$). The location is convenient to I-95(less than half a mile off the exit) as well as downtown Fredericksburg. It’s in a strip-mall area just off of state route 3, so it can be noisy outside during weekend shopping and rush hours, but the music inside, the noise of the coffee machines, and the sound absorbing properties of the furniture mean that you don’t hear too much of what’s on the street. Plus, later at night, Route 3 ain’t that busy or loud anyway. The final verdict — four stars. It’s not the most awe-inspiring Starbucks in the world, but it’s certainly a comfortable place to get your«bean» on with free high-speed wifi.

Isn’t Starbucks pretty much a Starbucks at this point. Frankly the only reason I’m writing a review on this joint is because I’m bored while sitting here. They’ve got their formula down so usually the differences in ratings from store to store has more to do with cleanlines, employees and obviously the quality of the end product. This particular store has always been well run, people are always friendly, pet friendly, and very consistant. While a boring review, sometimes ya gotta do whatcha gotta do. Here’s a question I have though… do people actually really buy the starbucks gear they sell in there?

My Favorite one in the area. There are at least 3 other Starbucks locations close by, and another 2 if you go a few exits up 95… but for me, this one is the best. Service is great. Nothing but positive things to say. The people remember your order, they get it to you quickly, and they’re always quick to wish you well on your way out. It’s a good feeling. Now, down to brass-tacks… the coffee. I’m not one that believes every Starbucks is the same — there are good ones, marginal ones, and just plain bad ones. If you disagree, try stopping at the ones in DC, where they vary on quality from corner to corner. Here, though, you’ll get consistent quality every single time. It’s fantastic. Getting out of the parking lot is a pain, because Fredericksburg is always doing some sort of roadwork at that intersection… but I still give it 5 stars, based on it going above and beyond that of a normal chain coffee establishment.
