I use them instead of the local post office. The staff is very experienced and they provide a far better service the union employees at the Post Office. Going to the US Post office is similar to going to the DMV, the employees threat you like a nuisance and they do not value your time. I rent a mail box at the UPS store also. I receive an email alert when a package arrives, which is great. The store will also sign for the package and I can pick it up 24/7, unlike the post office. Also, I have used them several times for there ability to help package items, which the US Post office does not help you with. The only negative issue, is — they get busy and backed up, at rush periods(like many businesses) lunch and after 1630, so you can expect to wait a little longer.

It isn’t every day that I walk into a tiny store and get entirely ignored by the employees for 15 minutes, but I guess that if you enter this UPS, you can check«ignored by store employees» off your bucket list. I walked in to deposit a USAA check. The front desk/cashier nook was empty. Actually, the entire store was empty, except for several employees. An older guy who looked like he was in charge yapped and paced around the store on the phone the entire time, ignoring me. There were several other employees that looked like they were trying to keep themselves busy strode around behind me. I turned and smiled at them, said hello, etc. etc. and smiled and patiently waited… and waited… and waited… finally one of the employees stopped whatever very grueling task she had at hand to silently deposit my check, and I walked out as quickly as possible. There was no greeting when I walked in and I was completely ignored for a LONG amount of time for a very simple task when there were NO other customers. Bad employees. Bad service. Thankfully, I found out that the UPS near England Run does the same service.
