My recommendation is not to go to this doctor/facility. We went there and were on time for the appointment. We still had to wait a very long time to see anyone; way past the appointment time. The waiting room was completely full, and they had a loud video going the whole time about cataract surgery and its benefits. It was totally obnoxious; you couldn’t read or talk with that video on all the time! When we finally saw the doctor, he said my husband needed cataract surgery; next we went to the scheduler lady. We waited and waited as she took other people who arrived after us. Finally I said something, and she took us in next. We did not schedule the operation, but after about three months I made another appointment with another eye doctor, as Willis Falkenberg said he needed to do all the exams over again, as it was more than 3 months.(They were expensive, too) The second eye doctor told us my husband’s eyes were 20⁄40 and he didn’t need cataract surgery. We are so glad that we got the second opinion, especially as my husband is 97 years old, and operations take a lot of toll on one. The Willis Falkenberg place seemed like a factory to me. I will never go back there, and hope that you won’t either!
