Over priced food with below average taste ~~

I’ll start with the good. Pantius Droppus is a well balanced high proof beer, good hop flavor. The stout was smooth and had a nice chocolate flavor. My girlfriend got the blueberry wheat and really enjoyed it. It comes with a few berries bobbing in it, and tasted like a blueberry muffin, pretty good summer beer. Got the pretzels and beer cheese as an app, they were great. We sat up stairs and there was a nice atmosphere, although the lights could have been turned down a bit. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, however our food came out really slowly (and we were one of only two tables sitting upstairs). I ordered my burger medium well and it came out somewhere between rare and mid rare. I hate to send food back, but I’m not a fan of rare ground beef, and this burger wasn’t even close. The waitress took the burger back and had the cooks re-​grill it. The burger she brought back was dry, tough, and still under cooked (it looked like they had just set the cut halves of the burger for a few seconds to give them some color, which let all the juices out). The beer was good, but I wouldn’t go back for the food.
