I recently moved to Fredonia and this is my first time owning a house with a water conditioning system. I called culligan to come take a look to see if anything needed repair or maintenance.
The first call was from me. I asked if they could come take a look and they said sure. The person who does that stuff would call me back. Nobody did.
Next my wife calls and apparently got the guy and he said «call me back when it gets closer»
She called back again and scheduled an appointment directly a few weeks later. Guess what? No call. No show.
