I came here for lunch with my boyfriend, and the managers son(I think) came in and went in front of the counter and asked for his mom and she came up and started talking to him while there was a line. They talked and were on there phones for about five minutes. And finally when they finished talking someone finally came to the register and started taking people’s orders. When it was our turn there was a special going on for $ 2 off sirloin burgers. My boyfriend had ordered a sirloin burger and once we had finished ordering we sat down and looked at the receipt and she had not given us the special. My boyfriend had then walked up to make sure she got the right burger and she said oh yeah I’ll make that one. I ordered a shake and it took at least 10 minutes for that to be made. And then another 5(making that 15 minutes) for our food to come. Without anyone else in front of us. Also before they started making our food the manager made her son food then proceeded to actually get back to work.

I never thought I would write a review about a fast food place but here it goes: I just saw the staff treat a homeless gentleman with such extreme kindness that they deserve five stars just for that. They have all around friendly and fast service and the food has always been as good as fast food can get. The dinning room and restroom are always clean. The fact that they are open 24 hours is the icing on the cake.

Ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl with the sauce on the side for dine in. They asked if I wanted to add an egg roll or a beverage but I said just the bowl would be fine. When my order came up it was prepared to-go. No big deal. I asked the same girl who took my order of I could have some soy sauce and she proceeds to hand me taco sauce. I asked for soy sauce again and luckily this time the manager overheard and provided me with some packets. I took my bowl and was extremely disappointed and frustrated to discover that not only did they give me half the amount of rice I usually get, but they also drenched the little amount I did get with the teriyaki sauce I said I didn’t want. Next time I’ll spend the extra time going to an alternate location.

For 10÷20÷11− I went through the drive through and the lady was nice and very clear with my order. She asked, «Is the order correct on the screen?». That was nice to hear. Sometimes those screens are down or they’re slow. And they got my order right… Nice job Jack-in-the-box!

I checked the bag before we pulled away, but I wasn’t thorough enough. Darn it !!! Jack forgot the mini funnel cake. RATS. Update, several months later… trusting the order was correct, we drove off with 2 extra sandwiches and 1 extra order of fries. Why isn’t this easier?

The crew at midnight have a great attitude for having the grave yard shift. Food was fresh and nice and hot the best part.
