Called and was told my ER referral was no good (not their fault, insurance procedure). They still schedule an appointment after saying they can’t. The next day I get my referral from my primary care and call them and I am told more than 3 weeks for an MRI on a blown out knee with a full length immobilizer on it… because I «missed» my appointment they told me I couldn’t schedule and never told me about. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would love to talk to the doctor face to face about this and see what he has to say.
