They were shamefully disrespectful to their customer with a host of demeaning remarks. The representative made comments that are not suitable to be made to any person for any reason. They over charge for their services then blame customers for paying for it. They do this because they quote one price on the phone then charge a different price once they’ve arrived and the purchaser is already committed to the $ 250 fee to have them come out to look at the job.

I recently had this company do my dryer vent and air ducts. They were very punctual (actually 10 minutes early) and friendly. The two guys got right down to work and had everything done in a little over an hour. They worked quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is that they left things a bit messier than they found it. This is why I rated them 4 stars rather than 5. It would have been nice if they had swept or vacuumed up the debris that had come out of the vents. They offer many services other than vent cleaning so I will be sure to keep them in mind for future cleaning jobs. The price was competitive and reasonable. Around $ 400 for both services.
