Going on my third year living here after moving from another Avalon community for a year before that.
The maintenance staff is excellent — courteous, quick to respond and extremely helpful. The community is always clean, landscaping well-​kept and snow/​ice removed quickly.
The only downside is the rent does increase each year — even if an apartment equivalent to what you’re living in is on the market for $ 200 rent per month less.
But overall I enjoy living here.

We went to look at the apartments yesterday and disappointment is all I can say. The apartments were built 14 years ago
And it’s looks like nothing has been done since… Old appliances, rusty door frames
And stairs, old white and stained counters
For $ 1700 a month plus maintenance fees it was crazy. For that much money they need to update the units.

The community is great. People are great at the front and maintanance is great. Nice people that live here and bbq grills outdoor. Only thing is 2 months rent to break lease and rent goes up every year and garbage is far gotta drive it.

From the application through move in day, it couldn’t have been easier! The Avalon staff were all so helpful. We love the apartment and community.
